Wedding

Semi-formal attire, and we’d love for everyone to wear black if possible. That’s a preference, not a requirement. The ceremony is on grass, so choose shoes you can comfortably walk in on uneven ground, and bring a layer for changing temperatures.

The ceremony and parts of the day are planned outdoors. Final venue and weather-contingency details will be shared on the Wedding page.

After cocktail hour on the mountain, you’ll have time to explore or return to your lodging while we take photographs.

We hope to continue the evening together. Details will follow once plans are finalized.

Invitations

Our planned celebration includes adults only. Please refer to your invitation for the members of your party who are included.

Invitations are limited to the guests named on each invitation.

Please respond only for the named guests. If anything is unclear, contact us rather than adding another guest.

Travel

We recommend Montrose Regional Airport (MTJ), about 65 miles, or 75–90 minutes, from Telluride. The Travel page has details on getting here.

You may not need one if you stay near the gondola. A car can still make sense depending on your lodging, mobility needs and plans outside the area.

Take a shuttle, private car service, or rental car for the drive into the mountains. We’re working with local transportation companies on group rates and will have more information when invitations go out.

The free gondola connects downtown Telluride and Mountain Village. Check the official schedule and service notices before traveling.

Lodging

Mountain Village and downtown Telluride are the two main choices. Our Stay page explains what to consider.

We expect Mountain Village to be especially convenient, but either may suit your plans. Consider the actual gondola route, access needs, and budget.

No blocks or group rates have been announced yet. Confirmed offers and booking terms will be posted on the Stay and Updates pages.

Altitude & Accessibility

8,750 to 10,540 feet up depending on which part. Please treat this as a high-elevation trip when discussing travel with your physician.

If you have health concerns, speak with your physician before planning high-altitude travel. The CDC guidance linked below offers general background; it does not replace individual advice.

Please contact us about gondola boarding, walking or other mobility needs. We’ll share verified routes and available assistance as arrangements are confirmed.

Communication

Confirmed announcements will be posted on Updates. We’ll explain any direct email or text arrangements when the guest workflow is ready.

Reach out to either Karli or Kyle directly.
